Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Accounts Advisor role offers a pathway to ownership for customers through payments and lease renewals. You’ll guide clients by explaining lease benefits and ensuring satisfaction, building relationships in-store or over the phone to move them toward ownership of their merchandise.

The position features an hourly range of $19.50–$20.00 with incentive pay potential and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates are personable, organized, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
