Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments and renewals, and help customers move toward ownership of their merchandise. You will build relationships over the phone and in person, delivering excellent service and supporting monthly revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US and have a valid driver’s license.
• DOT certification if required in location of position.
• Ability to work hours 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Accounts Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system and history.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
• Help with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance records.
• Load and secure product and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
