Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments and renewals, and build relationships by phone and face-to-face to move them toward ownership of their merchandise.

The role offers an hourly wage of $12.75 to $13.50 plus incentive pay, with benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, a 401(k), HSA/FSA, and employee assistance. Six-day weeks with Sunday off as part of schedule are noted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT certification if required in location (US).
• Able to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm schedule.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
