Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Accounts Advisors support ownership goals by driving payments and renewals, contacting customers, and maintaining accurate records. The role blends phone and in-person interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and successful ownership outcomes.

The position includes total compensation with hourly pay, incentive potential, and a range of benefits designed to support you and your family, plus opportunities for growth within Aaron’s.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Valid state driver’s license and compliant MVR.
• DOT certification if required in location.
• Able to work hours 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided and 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in meeting revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
