• Counsel customers to gain timely renewals and ensure payments.
• Verify customer information, collect money, and obtain signatures on leases.
• Contact customers who have not renewed merchandise agreements.
• Monitor payment history and advise on ownership options.
• Maintain customer contact by phone and during store visits.
• Update customer information and maintain accuracy in records.
• Aim to meet monthly account goals and close lease agreements.
• Hold and secure keys when needed and assist with returns with the GM.
