Aaron’s Customer Accounts Advisors serve as coaches to our customers, driving payment collections and lease renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customers are satisfied with their merchandise.

You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership of their merchandise, while upholding the Aaron’s brand and protecting company assets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Requires valid driver’s license and compliance with the Driver Qualification Policy.
• May require DOT certification depending on location.
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
