Job summary

Aaron’s, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Marietta, GA. The role focuses on driving collections and renewal of lease agreements while delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and in person.

You’ll coach customers toward ownership of their merchandise and build lasting relationships. The position offers incentive pay based on performance, benefits as part of total compensation, and the chance to advance within a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
