Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Memphis to coach customers and drive payment collections and lease renewals, supporting ownership goals for merchandise. The role involves phone and face-to-face interactions to ensure 100% satisfaction with products.

The position offers an hourly wage ($13.25–$14.00) plus incentive pay, with benefits and opportunities for advancement across locations in the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age for positions in the United States.
• Valid state driver's license and comply with Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory MVR.
• DOT certification as required by location.
• Able to work hours 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
