The Aaron’s is a leading sales and lease-to-own retailer offering a career with purpose. We hire Customer Accounts Advisors to coach customers, drive payments and renewals, and ensure customer satisfaction through phone and face-to-face interactions.

Compensation includes an hourly rate of $14.25–$15.00 plus performance-based incentive pay. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and more. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old in US; valid driver’s license; able to be DOT certified if required; flexible schedule 8:00 am–9:00 pm; able to lift up to 50 lbs unaided and 300 lbs with assistive device.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system; manage payment appointments and history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
