Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customer, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one-step closer to ownership.

Responsibilities include maintaining accounts, contacting customers about renewals, and supporting the sales team

Qualifications

• Two years of retail or customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts and appointment records.
• Contact customers about lease renewals both in person and by phone.
• Encourage timely lease payments and explain renewal benefits.
• Support the sales team and handle return tasks as needed.
