Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customer, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one-step closer to ownership.

The Work includes account maintenance, renewals outreach, revenue goal support, merchandise returns, and vehicle

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with strong multitasking ability.
• Ability to meet and discuss payment goals with customers.
• Valid drivers license and DOT requirements where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts and updating information.
• Direct contact with customers to renew leases and collect payments.
• Sell customers on benefits of timely lease renewals.
• Assist in setting daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain vehicle and route sheets; load and secure items in the vehicle.
• Operate company vehicle safely and support sales team as needed.
