Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customer, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one-step closer to ownership.

This role emphasizes empathy, effective communication, and the ability to multitask while meeting revenue targets

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask and maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in store system and document all payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers for lease renewals via in-home visits or phone.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewals and maintain revenue goals.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Support with merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and general duties as directed by management.
