Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Accounts Advisor serves as a coach to our customer, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. You will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one-step closer to ownership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and update store system with current information.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases by phone and in-home visits.
• Promote benefits of timely lease renewals and payments.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Inspect and certify returned merchandise in the QA Center.
• Prepare and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
• Load and secure products in the company vehicle and ensure safe operation.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed and perform other duties.
