Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Accounts Advisor in Christiansburg, VA, supports customers by handling payments and lease renewals, using phone and in-person visits to build trust and promote ownership of merchandise. You’ll coach customers, resolve concerns and ensure 100% satisfaction with products and services.

The role offers an hourly rate of $14.25–$15.00 plus performance-based incentive pay, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and career advancement

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified if required in location (US).
• Able to work hours 8:00 am–9:00 pm and lift up to 50 lbs solo / 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
