The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in Charlottesville, VA. This role focuses on driving payments and lease renewals by helping customers understand benefits and ensuring satisfaction. Relationship-building over the phone and in person brings customers closer to ownership of their merchandise.

You will coach customers, manage renewals, and contribute to achieving daily revenue and renewal goals while delivering excellent service and brand protection.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years in US; 18+ in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license and comply with Driver Qualification Policy.
• DOT certification may be required in location (US).
• Ability to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone; up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Accounts Manager in setting/achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections/renewals by counseling customers via phone/home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product; safely operate company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
