The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in Farmville, VA. This role focuses on coaching customers, driving payments and renewals, and helping customers move toward ownership of their merchandise.

You will build relationships over the phone and in person, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. The position offers an hourly pay range and eligibility for incentive pay, plus a benefits package including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualificações

• Minimum 21 years old (US) or 18+ (Canada) per location.
• Requires valid driver's license and compliance with Driver Qualification Policy.
• DOT certification if required by location (US only).
• Able to work hours 8:00 am–9:00 pm and lift up to 50 lbs solo / 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and history in store system.
• Build and maintain relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals via phone or home visits as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Inspect and certify returned merchandise.
