Qualifications

• Face-to-face and phone-based customer interactions.
• Must be 21+ in US locations; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store system.
• Build relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
