Job summary

The Aaron's Family of Companies in Arlington, TX seeks a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payments and lease renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customers are satisfied with their products.

Responsibilities include building relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily revenue goals. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old for US postings.
• Valid driver’s license and comply with policy.
• DOT certification if required at location (US only).
• Ability to work a schedule 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting and achieving daily/weekly/monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load, secure products, and operate company vehicle safely.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
