Qualifications

• Two years of college or two years of previous management experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with ability to multitask in a store environment.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; DOT requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts in the store system.
• Assist General Manager with account recommendations, payment history, and schedules.
• Build authentic customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections to gain timely lease/merchandise renewals.
• Review and close lease agreements with customer signatures.
