Aaron's is hiring a Customer Accounts Manager to lead the customer accounts department and drive performance in collections and lease renewals. You will influence team success, support ownership goals for customers, and assist store operations under the General Manager's guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer accounts department to set and achieve daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Support General Manager with operational functions which include customer account recommendations and closing lease agreements with customers.
• Support sales team as needed.
