Aaron's is hiring a Customer Accounts Manager in Charlotte, NC. The role leads the customer accounts department to drive revenue and renewals, while guiding customers toward ownership of their merchandise and supporting store operations.

The position offers an hourly wage of $15.50–$16.25 plus performance incentives, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement across locations in the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer accounts department to set and achieve daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Support General Manager with operational functions including customer account recommendations and closing lease agreements with customers.
• Support sales team as needed.
