Job summary

Aaron's in Virginia is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections, and renew lease agreements. You’ll build relationships over the phone and in person, helping customers move closer to ownership in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining account details, contacting customers who have not renewed leases, and supporting revenue goals while upholding the Aaron's brand and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and DOT requirements.
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customers’ accounts and update information in the store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases via in-home visits or phone.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewals and assist in achieving revenue goals.
• Support merchandise returns, guest deliveries and vehicle maintenance sheets.
• Safely operate company vehicle and assist Sales Team as needed.
