Job summary

Aaron's is hiring a Customer Account Advisor in the United States. This role involves coaching customers, driving payment collections, and renewing lease agreements while ensuring satisfaction with Aaron's products and services.

You will build relationships over the phone and in person, maintain accurate account information, and support revenue and renewal goals. The position requires good communication, energy, and compliance with driving policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred
• Valid state driver’s license and compliance with Driver Qualification Policy

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store computer system and document payment appointments
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed lease agreements via home visits and phone
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewal payments
• Assist Customer Account Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management
• Clean and certify merchandise in QA Center for items returned
• Complete weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets daily
• Load, secure and protect products in company vehicle
• Safely operate company vehicle
• Assist Sales Team as needed
• Perform other duties as required by management
