Job summary

Aaron's is hiring a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections, and renew lease agreements. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership.

Responsibilities include updating accounts, contacting customers with non-renewals, and supporting revenue and renewal goals while assisting with merchandise returns and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in the store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements by phone or in home visits.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewals to customers.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load and secure product in the company vehicle and ensure safe operation.
