Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers, driving payments and lease renewals while ensuring absolute satisfaction with the product. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and face-to-face to move them one step closer to ownership.

You will work to meet daily revenue and renewal goals, assist with merchandise returns, and support the Sales Team. A strong emphasis on customer service, communication, and multitasking is required.

Qualifications

• United States 21+ with a valid state driver’s license and compliance with the Driver Qualification Policy; Canada age 18+.
• Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states.
• Ability to work schedule from 8 am to 9 pm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly.
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask and manage store functions.
• Uphold the Aaron’s Brand and protect company assets.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed Lease agreements both in home visits and by phone.
• Sell customers on renewal benefits and timely payments.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in the company vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicle and support Sales Team as needed.
