Job summary

The Aaron’s Family of Companies in Midland, TX is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to support payment collections and lease renewals. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to help bring them closer to ownership of their merchandise.

This role offers an hourly pay range of $14.25 to $15.00 plus performance-based incentive pay, and a benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with policy.
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals.
• Manage collections and renewals by contacting customers by phone or visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load, secure products, and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Inspect and certify returned merchandise.
