Aaron's is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections, and renew lease agreements. The role involves phone calls and in-person visits to help customers move toward ownership, with an hourly range and incentive pay based on performance.

Responsibilities include updating customer accounts, contacting non-renewing customers, and supporting the sales team and store operations. Requires US residency and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving daily, weekly, monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Perform vehicle-related duties and ensure product safety in the QA center.
