Job summary

Aaron's, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in Texas. The role focuses on coaching customers, driving payment collections, and renewing lease agreements to enhance ownership outcomes. You will engage customers by phone and in-store to build relationships and promote timely payments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Uphold the Aaron’s Brand and protect company assets.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including maintaining updated customer information in the store computer system and documenting all customer payment appointments.
