Job summary

Aaron's is hiring a Customer Account Advisor in the United States. The role focuses on coaching customers to understand lease benefits, renewing agreements, and driving timely payments.

You will build strong relationships over the phone and in-person to guide customers toward ownership and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, contacting non-renewals, achieving revenue targets, assisting with returns, and supporting the sales team as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updated information in the store computer system and documenting all payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed Lease agreements in home visits and over the phone.
• Sell customers on benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicle.
