Aaron's, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections, and renew lease agreements to move ownership forward. You will build relationships with customers by phone and in person, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to program benefits.

The role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and negotiation skills to manage renewals, schedule payments, and maintain accurate account records across the store system.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US.
• Valid driver's license and compliance with policy.
• Ability to work 8:00 am to 9:00 pm schedule.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain customer account records in store system.
• Build relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Counsel customers on renewals and make follow-up calls/visits as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
