Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customer, driving payment collections and lease renewals while ensuring customers are satisfied with the product. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in-person to move them closer to ownership.

Responsibilities include maintaining accounts, contacting non-renewing customers, promoting renewal benefits, and supporting the Sales Team and management with daily tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Attain and maintain customer accounts, update information in store system, and document payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases, via home visits and phone.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewals to customers.
• Assist Customer Account Manager in meeting daily/weekly/monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Clean and certify merchandise in QA Center for items returned.
• Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheets and route sheets daily.
• Load and secure product in company vehicle and safely operate it.
• Assist Sales Team as needed and undertake other duties requested by management.
