Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customer, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them ownership.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, sales-oriented renewals, and teamwork with the Sales Team to meet daily revenue goals in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with strong multitasking and multitasking ability.

Responsabilités

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases by in-person or phone.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewal payments to customers.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue/renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle and operate vehicle safely.
• Support Sales Team as needed.
• Perform any reasonable duties requested by management.
