Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Manager in Eden, NC to lead the accounts team and drive collections and lease renewals. The role supports store operations and ownership goals through a range of responsibilities directed by the General Manager.

You’ll lead with strong communication, empathy, and leadership to deliver results and build lasting customer relationships while maintaining accurate records and contributing to sales growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a customer accounts team in a retail setting.
• Ability to manage collections and renewals with customers.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer accounts department to meet revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and history.
