Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Customer Accounts Manager to lead the customer accounts department with the goal of achieving collections and lease renewal standards. This role influences team performance to help customers own their merchandise and supports store operations under the General Manager.

Responsibilities include driving revenue and renewal goals, maintaining accurate account records, and coordinating with sales to support ownership outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States (18+ in Canada).
• Requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT certification if required in location (United States Only).
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer accounts department to set and achieve daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Support General Manager with operational functions including customer account recommendations and closing lease agreements with customers.
• Support sales team as needed.
