Job summary

Aaron's Inc in Egg Harbor Township, NJ is seeking a Customer Accounts Manager to lead the customer accounts department, drive collections and lease renewals, and help customers achieve ownership of their merchandise while supporting store operations.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage schedules, drive performance, and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to meet DOT requirements if applicable.
• Able to work hours 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. solo; up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer accounts department to set and hit revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Support General Manager with account recommendations and closing lease agreements.
• Support sales team as needed.
