Job summary

Aaron's is hiring a Customer Accounts Manager in Erie, PA to lead the customer accounts department and drive collections and lease renewals. This role focuses on coaching staff, managing customer records, and supporting store operations under the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US, 18 in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license and compliant driving record.
• DOT certification if required at the location.
• Able to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm schedule.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer accounts department to meet revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by contacting customers with expired/renewed agreements.
• Support store operations and assist the General Manager as needed.
• Assist the sales team and ensure proper account handling.
