Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Manager in Barstow, CA to lead the customer accounts department and drive collections and renewals. You will guide customers toward ownership of merchandise while supporting store operations under the General Manager’s direction.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and the ability to manage difficult conversations. Competitive hourly pay with performance incentives, plus a benefits package, will be provided.

Formación

• Must be 21+ in the United States (18+ in Canada).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record per policy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs solo and 300 lbs with assistance.
• Able to work 8:00 am to 9:00 pm schedule.
• DOT certification if required at location (US only).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the customer accounts dept to meet revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals.
• Counsel customers on collections and renewals by phone or visits.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and operate company vehicle safely.
• Support General Manager with account recommendations and close leases.
• Assist sales team as needed.
