Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and executives.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of products per needs and objectives.
• Communicate order and shipment progress clearly.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Onboard and integrate new clients with Sales team and internal departments.
• Lead external communications from Quality, Operations, and Technical.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and retain customers.
• Develop and monitor sales forecasts and communicate changes to leadership.
