Creative Chaos is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships and drive retention and growth. You will blend account management with technical support and strategic guidance to maximize value from our solutions.

You will lead onboarding, manage client journeys, and collaborate with sales, finance, and operations to ensure service excellence and expansion opportunities. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Management.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles.
• Strong technical aptitude to explain software solutions.
• Experience with CRM and customer success platforms (HubSpot, Gainsight).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
• Familiarity with SaaS products, APIs, and integrations.
• Ability to deliver training and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned client accounts and conduct regular check-ins and strategic conversations.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive account growth and renewals.
• Coordinate with Finance/Accounting to maintain high service standards and resolve issues.
• Support onboarding and guide clients through tools and workflows within the platform.
• Maintain accurate client records in HubSpot and keep playbooks up to date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on client priorities and outcomes.
