Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring for a Customer Account Advisor who engages with customers by phone and in-person to drive lease renewals and payment collections. You will build relationships, document account information, and support the sales team with product returns and deliveries.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, high energy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Uplifting brand representation is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable interpersonal and communication skills.
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Uphold the Aaron’s Brand and protect company assets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer information in the store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases by phone or in-home visits.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewals to customers.
• Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly revenue/renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in the company vehicle and safely operate it.
