Job summary

Aarons is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections and lease renewals, and build relationships by phone and in-store visits. The role involves promoting timely renewals, supporting the sales team, and maintaining accurate account information in the store system.

Responsibilities include visiting customers, meeting revenue goals, handling merchandise returns, and ensuring quality assurance of returned items.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High energy with ability to multitask in store

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in store systems
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases by phone or in home visits
• Promote timely lease renewals and payments
• Assist Account Manager to hit daily/weekly/monthly revenue goals
• Support merchandise returns and deliveries as directed by management
• Prepare and maintain vehicle and route sheets
• Safely operate company vehicle and load goods
