Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customers, driving payment collections and lease renewals by explaining benefits and ensuring satisfaction. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership.

Responsibilities include updating accounts, contacting customers who have not renewed leases, and supporting the sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals, with an emphasis on urgent follow-through and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 in the US with a valid driver's license.
• DOT requirements for certain states may apply.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer account information in store systems.
• Contact customers about lease renewals and payments.
• Sell benefits of timely renewal payments to customers.
• Assist with revenue and renewal goals on daily/weekly/monthly cadence.
• Help with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
