Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers toward ownership, driving lease renewals and payment collections by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves building relationships over the phone and face-to-face to move customers closer to ownership.

The position offers incentive pay based on performance and requires strong communication, multitasking, and a proactive, high-energy approach to servicing customers.

Formación

• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy and ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts with updated information.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases, in home or by phone.
• Sell customers on renewal payments and benefits of timely payments.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in the company vehicle.
• Safely operate the company vehicle and maintain weekly route sheets.
