Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customer, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one-step closer to ownership.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with customers.
• Ability to listen, explain clearly and navigate challenging conversations.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system and document appointments.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases via in-home visits or calls.
• Promote benefits of timely lease renewals to drive payments.
• Support with setting and hitting daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Prepare and certify returned merchandise in the QA Center and manage vehicle logs.
