Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers toward ownership by managing lease renewals and payments. You will build relationships over the phone and in person, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue through renewals and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases, in person or by phone.
• Promote benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue/renewal goals.
• Support with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and inspect merchandise for transfer or return.
