Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors act as coaches to our customers, managing lease renewals and payments while building strong relationships over the phone and in person. You will guide customers toward ownership by understanding lease benefits and delivering 100% satisfaction.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, empathy, and effective communication, with opportunities to contribute to revenue and service goals in a vibrant retail environment.

Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; empathetic and patient with customers.
• Ability to connect with customers, explain things clearly, and navigate difficult conversations.
• Proven multitasking and organizational skills; comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update customer accounts in store system; document payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers to discuss lease renewals; in-home visits and phone outreach as needed.
• Promote timely renewal payments and explain benefits of lease agreements.
• Assist Customer Account Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and inspect returned merchandise; complete weekly vehicle and route sheets.
