The Aaron's Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments and lease renewals by explaining benefits and ensuring 100% satisfaction with the product.

You will build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership, requiring strong communication, empathy, negotiation, and organizational skills. The position offers an hourly rate of $12.75–$13.50 plus performance-based incentive pay, with benefits including paid time off,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the US
• Valid driver’s license and comply with Driver Qualification Policy
• DOT certification if required at location
• Ability to work 8:00 am to 9:00 pm shifts
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with assistance

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store system
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired agreements
