Job summary

Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States. The role focuses on coaching customers through payments and renewals, building relationships and guiding ownership of merchandise.

The position offers hourly pay from $12.25 to $13.00 plus incentive pay based on performance, with comprehensive benefits and a schedule that includes Sunday off and one weekday off. Training and advancement opportunities are provided across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States (18 in Canada).
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with Driver Qualification Policy.
• May require DOT certification depending on location (United States Only).
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load, secure product safely and operate the company vehicle.
