Job summary

Aaron's Customer Accounts Advisors serve as coaches to our customers, driving payment collections and lease renewals by explaining lease benefits and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction with our products. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person, guiding them toward ownership of their merchandise.

We offer an hourly wage ranging from $14.25 to $15.00 with performance-based incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Driver Qualification Policy.
• DOT certification if required in location (United States).
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
