Job summary

The Aaron's Family of Companies is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Texas. You will coach customers, drive payments and renewals, and build relationships over the phone and in-person to support ownership of merchandise.

This role offers an hourly rate of $12.25–$13.00 with incentive pay based on performance. You will join a team focused on customer satisfaction and timely collections.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Requires a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position (United States Only).
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
